RSD Vantage is literally on a high having completed the livery of TETRA’s vertical fluid tanks at its Mearns Quay facility just in time for the tall ships landing at Aberdeen from 19-22 July as part of the annual Tall Ships Races.
These traditional sailing vessels are a sight to behold with many having sailed from Europe and some from as far away as South America. While these magnificent vessels will rightly command all the attention this weekend, another sight worth seeing – one which we are very proud of – is the new livery we have just installed at TETRA’s facility on Mearns Quay.
It was a race against time, but our crew were completely on board and jumped at the opportunity. From approval of initial drawings, it was all hands-on deck to finalise the artwork and deploy computer-controlled plotters to cut the vinyl letters, all in line with TETRA’s brand guidelines.
With the weather in our favour, our fitters scaled the 18 metre tanks meticulously applying the vinyls for the perfect finish.
